Amazon refund for FBA order
We have an order on FBA but the order was not received and Amazon initiated the refund.
My question is how do we know that Amazon did not issue the refund for the item from our funds?
Where can we see that was refunded by Amazon FBA and not us?

Go to the order and click on the net amount. You can see all the fees which were taken out. But remember, you're still paying the pick/pack fee to Amazon because they did their job.

Just had the same thing happen. Order placed 12/3 EXPEDITED, Ship By 12/4, Shipped by FBA 12/5 (1 date late), REFUNDED as NOT RECEIVED 12/6 and charged to me.....
Since they screwed up the shipment, why am I being charged.

You can track reimbursement details for eligible customer refunds in the Reimbursements Report. Additionally, if you would like to view details of returned FBA purchases, I would recommend checking out the FBA Customer Returns Report.
