I have received an email stating that my listing has been blocked in the catalog because it is missing the ingredients. No matter how much I contact the support team, I am not getting a response on how to update the ingredients. The listing is for a food supplement.

I've had a listing removed for a product violation - missing ingredient information on a food supplement.

I have opened a case and provided the ingredients information but the appeal was rejected from Amazon with no explanation, other than 'kindly update the ingredient attributes'.

I am not the brand owner, therefore I am only able to "SUGGEST" changes under no guarantee that these will be made and therefore the listing will be removed.

I do not believe that I should succumb to profit losses or account health issues due to the listing creators wrong doing.

Can someone please help me?????? I can provide ASINS for the listings that I am having issues with.
