Lifetime Feedbacks Reducing at 1 per Month

Hello All,

In my Feedback Manager, my Lifetime total feedback is now 1064, but in April it was 1065, and it should be at least 1066

I have not had any new feedbacks since 4th April 2026.

The Lifetime total should never decrease, but from monitoring this, occasioned by previous concerns in this area, I conclude it is dropping at the rate of around 1 review per month. But these do not seem to be either the most recent or the older reviews that are disappearing

I have raised a case - ID: 12569079172 - although this required me to input a specific order number (which was not relevant)

Positive feedback is really tough to achieve as customers expect perfection, so are not pleased when they get it

Does anyone pay attention to feedbacks? Some sellers are running at less than 80% and there seems to be no concern from Amazon, although there used to be a 90% rule, I think...

All Best

Brian

PS The Case Response was a standard template about Feedback Removal!

PPS I have screen-shots to prove this

PPPS This probably affects YOUR feedbacks, also

Hi All,

@KJ_Amazon@Angie_Amazon@Arish_Amazon - please can somone help with this - case - ID: 12569079172

Amazon Support have replied but do not permit me the following response in writing and

I do not believe that a phone conversation will convey sufficient information to resolve this matter... (MY COMMENTS IN BOLD)

After our investigation, we want to clarify how feedback counts work in Feedback Manager. Feedback counts are aggregated across different time-range buckets (30 days, 90 days, 365 days, and Lifetime). As feedback ages and rolls out of one time range bucket and into another, the aggregated star rating and positive feedback percentage will change accordingly. This means your positive feedback was not removed—it simply transferred between time range buckets as part of the normal system calculation process.

THIS DOES NOT AFFECT LIFETIME FEEDBACKS WHICH SHOULD NEVER REDUCE UNLESS THEY ARE REMOVED BY AMAZON OR AS BELOW

Additionally, there are a few other factors that can be the possible causes for decreasing feedback count: While the documentation doesn’t specifically address decreasing lifetime totals, there are a few scenarios where feedback might be removed:

- Amazon's internal systems may proactively auto-suppress feedback even without a seller request as this is expected behavior when it meets specific criteria (obscene language, personally identifiable information, or entirely product reviews)

NO FEEDBACKS SINCE JANUARY '26 HAVE BEEN BEEN REMOVED - OLDER ONES HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN ASSESSED BY AMAZON AS OK (and the missing ones are all 5 star)

- Buyers have the ability to delete their own feedback within 60 days of submission, and this does not generate a notification to the seller

NONE HAVE BEEN REMOVED IN THE PAST 60 DAYS

- Striking of feedback: Amazon might strike through feedback in the following cases:

a. The order was fulfilled by Amazon: The entire comment relates explicitly to delivery experience for an order that was fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). In addition to the strike-through, the following statement will appear: “This item was fulfilled by Amazon and we take responsibility for this fulfilment experience”.

NONE HAVE BEEN STRUCK THROUGH

b. The order was shipped using the Buy Shipping service: The entire comment is related to a delayed or undelivered order, which you dispatched on time by using Buy Shipping. In addition to the strike-through, this statement will appear: “The fulfilment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller”.

THE FEEDBACKS REMOVED ARE ALL 5 STAR WITH NO DELIVERY PROBLEMS

I am frustrated and annoyed by Amazon's inability to understand that there is a problem with the Feedback System and do not think I am the only Seller affected by this
