Why can't I upgrade to Pro account?

i tried to upgrade my account but it doesnt seem to let me click on upgrade do i need to do something to my amazon seller account or not please advice on this matter

It has giving more sales than i expected it to be than i had before :joy:

i am also asking for how much i want my items to be and i am still getting lots of sales
