It would seem when you registered your account you registered for the professional selling plan which is £25 per month plus VAT, bringing it to £30.
If you don’t want / need to the things that come with that selling plan and are happy to instead pay an additional 75p (plus VAT) for each sale then you can downgrade your selling plan in your account info. You can also message Support and ask them to refund the £30.
The different plans are explained here (and you can also downgrade from here too):

Please, before you start and do anything, do have a thorough read of Amazon’s Seller University - ‘Learn’ at the top of your seller homepage dashboard.
Selling on Amazon is not as easy as many YouTube videos would make out and there are a lot of potential pitfalls.
First of all, are your registered with HMRC as self-employed ? - this really is the first thing you need to do as you need to provide Amazon with your UTR.
