Why can't you create a removal order? Has your account been deactivated and that's why they are asking for invoices? If the invoices aren't acceptable to Amazon and that is what they want to reactivate your account, you will not be able to get your items back (if the violation has to do with authenticity).

To expand on the previous post, if Amazon has any reason to suspect that your items are not authentic, and you cannot prove that they are, then Amazon will not return them to you, as they would be risking "trafficking in counterfeit goods".
The only way that Amazon will return suspected items is with a court order; that way, Amazon is no longer liable if the items turn out to be inauthentic. Only you can determine if the amount of inventory in question is enough to make this worthwhile.

Nothing has changed since you posted about this last time. They can not return counterfeit goods to you. If you were doing some form of RA/OA when they caught you then your items are indeed "counterfeit" They will not release any money either.
