Trying to Contact Sellers depatment
Hi. I have tried on many times to contact the sellers department due to odd emails from Amazon about a sellers account, I do not sell on Amazon and nobody will listen to me from Amazon. I do buy things on Amazon but I have not sold anything. I did try to set up an account to sell but gave up.Then I have tried to cancel my account on many occasions but Amaozn kept taking money from my bank without any authorization from me.Each time I get very frustated in tyring to talk to Amazon as they say I cannot talk to anyone in the Sellers, only emails which is a waste of time.

You obviously did successfully set up a seller account otherwise they would not be taking fees from you.
You need to contact seller support and as a Pro seller you can request a call back
You then need to downgrade your seller account from Professional to Individual so no more fees will be taken.
If you have not sold anything at all then you can request that they reimburse you the fees - you will have to contact seller support - ‘Help’ at top right of your seller account homepage. Click on ‘Contact Us’ at bottom right hand box - Your Account on left - ‘Change Selling Plan or Close Account’.

this is a sellers forum. ion order to post on here you must have an account that is live. also as said above amazon will refund you the fees they have charged you if you haven’t sold anything

If you are getting charged £30 monthly, then it means that you signed up for the Professional Selling Plan, which has a monthly fee.
In case that you haven’t sold anything, you can downgrade your account to Individual and then request a refund of the charge.
