Buyer buys 1 item 2 months ago, then they contact me for a replacement, which i then send. 2 weeks later buyer opens A-Z for non delivery and gets refunded.

What is going on? The buyer has now had 3 items off me and not paid for any of them. I'm sure they are scamming. Both orders go against my A-Z ODR.

hi, I need a bit of help regarding the delivery charges. Basically my delivery charge is a standard £ 3.50, however when I look at my listings the delivery charges are all different and I want them to be a standard rate for all. I am doing FBM. any help will be great.

Have just gotten a wholesaler who wants to sell the same product on Amazon but the labelling is slightly different from the one on amazon. It has both English and German language. Unlike the one on amazon that only have English on it. The barcode is also different. Can I still go ahead to list this product under the current listing on amazon? Both products are the same.
