I never found a way to do the reverse. Moreover the product details rarely want to be carried over as sizes and weights are incorrectly listed.

Assuming you have a PRO UK account - you need to download a listings report from the USA, copy and paste the appropriate columns into a UK inventory loader file (aka flat file) for your class of product, and upload to the UK.
