questions about tracking numbers and how to delete that number
Hello, good day, I have a problem editing information about an incorrect shipping number, it turns out that Alibaba gave me a FEDEX tracking number and since I was waiting for that number I went and put it where Amazon asked me and I just spoke with my factory at Alibaba and they tell me that this number belongs to another client or something like that, I try to delete the numbers and I can't, and supposedly my merchandise arrives at the port of the United States on March 9, what do I do? ?? or how do I edit that information??? I opened a case and asked for help from Amazon support but I did not understand their explanation, can someone help me solve the problem??? Thank you so much
