Help please account at risk because of a liar basically
Amazon are saying my account s at risk because iof a buyer not getting their own way and leaving negative feedback. What do i do? Turns out the parcel that never arrived was actually declined at the door. What do i do, i have put a violation report in aout her conduct and threats.

If your account is only “at risk”, you should forget about this one customer and focus instead on running your business as effectively as you can, with the aim of not getting any more negatives (or A-Zs).
I know it’s easier said than done, but that’s the answer to the question you asked.
The real trick is to build up more sales, in order to dilute the current metric, so you might consider if you could achieve that. Obviously, one negative among 101 sales (as opposed to, say, 10 sales) will take you below the 1%. Beyond that, all you can do is wait until the effect of the negative disappears over time.

Wait until your initial anger has subsided and then put a polite and considered reply to the feedback that makes you sound concerned but equally points out that the customer is pulling a fast one. Something along the lines of…
‘We were very concerned to hear that a parcel may not have been delivered, however, after investigating the matter with our carrier, they have confirmed that delivery was refused at the door by the customer.’

Thank you so much for the info. i have decided if Amazon do not help honest sellers from these scammers then i dont want to be a part of it, Never thought id say it but i have had more help from ebay. Vile woman who thought i was a soft mark. I am now very stressed but I am strong and fair but i cannot be bothered with this nonsense…
