Sending Items from U.K to worldwide UNTRACKED
Hey all hope your well
Just wondering if any of you guys send low cost items via amazon.co.uk / FR/DE/ES untracked (Royal Mail International) to EU & rest of the world and if it has had a negative effect on your account? By negative I mean suspension or verge of.
Obviously Amazon policy states you do not have to send "tracked" internationally and you're refund level will be slightly higher and poss neg feedback though have you ofset this against your domestic rates?
I ask because at the beginning of the year my Amazon.fr account went under review for 30 days ( causing disbursements for all accounts to be locked ) - Their reason was "feedback did not match sales history" - however at the time coincidently the locking of alot of accounts because of the U.K VAT establishment started, and a there was a slightly higher refund rate ( because of lost xmas post )
I'd love to sell internationally ( to safe countries ) though is it worth the hassle?
Any experiences will be greatly received

I don't sell much internationally through Amazon, but do through other sites,
RM Tracked is often cheaper than Standard (untracked) for packages.

Hello! @Seller_7ME0IyNn6TGVC
Thank you for using the Forums. I know you posted this a while ago, but I wanted to follow up on your post and invite other Selling Partners to share their experiences Selling Internationally.
You have legitimate concerns with sending items untracked, as that can open the door for item not received claims. Based on what I've read from other selling partner, they would prefer to use international shipping services that can provide tracking details.
Hopefully, other members can contribute here.
Best wishes,
Roberto
