Need Assistance on Plan of Action
Good Morning.
I am looking for some assistance from a human being in regards to a Policy Violation for Inaccurate Categorization.
This issue has been going on for months. It was seemingly resolved through Seller Support Case [#15124624171]. Our item was categorized correctly and reactivated successfully. Case closed and no further issues...
Except, the Policy Violation Warning is still there and we get new threats of deactivation weekly. I have submitted a new Plan of Action each and every time, and it is rejected within moments of submission by the bots. I've went through all of the videos and support help to write an appropriate POA, but it is rejected every single time. I have written inside the Appeal Response (More Information) box, and I have attached it as Word document to no avail. I would really like a human to read the history of our submissions and see that we have taken all the appropriate steps to have the policy violation warning removed. We just can't get past the bot police.

I understand you have questions regarding this case ID and a warning you have been receiving.
Is there any way you can provide the exact information that you have made in that submission?
What have you submitted as updated the browse node, path, and product type? What have you updated this to? Is this correct? How have you determined that this is correct?
If you can also provide any more relevant information in your next reply, I would greatly appreciate it.
