Buy Shipping Setting Question

Hi all,

Need help to find out something…

We have a business account with Royal Mail and were dispatching all MFN orders through their click & drop site and by the end of the day all the orders were dispatch automatically once we manifested, as we have integration set up.
But now, we want to offer the same MNF orders with Prime Badge, which requires us to Buy Shipping through Amazon Seller Central.

MY QUESTION IS, WHEN LABELS BOUGHT THROUGH AMAZON ROYAL MAIL, IS IT CHARGED FROM SELLER CENTRAL BALANCE OR OUR ACCOUNT ON ROYAL MAIL BUSINESS.

I really appreciate your time. Many thanks

They can according to RM but I like to keep them separate as my local revenue protection team would go mad if 1 letter fell in a LL bag

For SFP you need to link your RM account to amazon via
Settings - account info - buy delivery preferences - manage your carrier accounts - add RM

You must already have contracted agreed pricing for Tracked24

You then need to buy Tracked24 for prime orders through amazon buy shipping however, you will still be billed for the postage on invoice by RM

Thanks for your help The_Little_Shop. we do have contracted agreed pricing with RM. My only concern was if were billed by RM or Amazon as we have to spend certain amount to qualify for free collection. I guess I will continue buying through SC. many thanks and have great day

Are you printing the end of day form from amazon ?

No, we never bought any shipping labels through amazon before, so no. We manifest them through Click and drop…

When you buy postage on amazon you have to manifest them on amazon - although you’ll still pay RM
Orders - order reports - end of day forms

Note that the SFP trial can take a while to get through
And make a note of the Easter dates for required shipping as you usually have to ship 6 days a week

okay, learning something new :). How about other manifested orders ( orders from other platforms and non-prime) , can they go to the same bag end of day?

Hi,

When i go to order reports and end of day forms it says “no shipments are available to generate end of day forms”. Have you had this message before?
Thanks

yes - there is no manifest if you are buying standard 1st and 2nd class postage from amazon
this thread is about Tracked24 for seller fulfilled prime - not VTR
