My account has been deactivated even when it is in good health. I need advice. It looks like really bad error.
I got that message from Amazon earlier today:
"Hello,
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.
Why did this happen?
We have taken this measure because one or more of your product listings are in violation of Amazon’s Intellectual Property policy:
https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/external/201361070
ASIN: |B09927LDJL|
Brand: |The Seven Deadly Sins|"
When I go to my account health page it is 236 points and in green all good. All other connected.de etc accounts the same. All 200 points. How on earth is this possible that my account has been deactivated only due to suspicion that 1 product listing is not following IP policy?
Not mentioning that I had no chance to appeal even before account has been turned off?
I sell on Amazon more that 11 years - thousands products listed - a lot of licences products.
Help please.

Hi @Seller_AAPV5VwPGgden,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Here's what I recommend:
1. Check your Performance Notifications
- Go to Performance Notifications to find the full details of the IP complaint.
2. Submit a Plan of Action (POA)
You can appeal through your Account Health page. Your appeal should include:
- Acknowledgment of the specific ASIN flagged (B09927LDJL)
- Evidence of authorization to sell the brand (if you hold a license, include it)
3. If you have a valid license
If you are authorized to sell this brand, attach your licensing agreement or authorization letter to the appeal.
