Payment Issue

Hello, I sell in DE, FR and IT. My account was under review and activated. Now I can get paid. On 17.04.2023 the payment was sent to my bank account simultaneously from FR, IT and DE. But only IT payment reached my bank account. Others still have not reached my bank account. When I opened the case, they wrote me to send an e-mail to "amazonpayments-seller-account-verification@amazon.de". However, this e-mail address is not responding either. How can I solve the problem?
