A-to-Z Claim Item Not Received -
Hi,
We have had multiple orders where buyers Filing A-to-Z Claims for Item not Delivered while the Buyers themselves have messaged us that they want to Return the Item because its no longer required.
If the Buyer is asking to return, they obviously have received the item.
When we appeal the A-to-Z Claim Amazon only corrects our Metrics but still debits our account for the refund!
What's the point of Only Correcting metrics when the buyer is clearly committing fraud?

Hello @Seller_CjHtTvEEg6d0U
I am sorry to hear about these A-to-z claims where the buyers message that they wish to return the item, and then they file an A-to-z claim. I am assuming that when they ask to make the return, you are providing them with a US based return address, which is required if you are an overseas seller. If you are meeting that requirement, then an appeal of the claims should set things right.
