We have noticed some customers, claim we have sent the wrong item. So, we ask for picture. Then they upload a picture of just the cardboard packing and the actual contents have been removed, and are not included in the pictures.
We sell hang sell, haberdashery items generally below £15 value.
They are reluctant to actually take a picture of the `incorrect product`.
Can I assume I did send the correct items? I guess we might make the odd order errors. It`s just odd some people do not want to send pictures, either. Just a resend or refund from us.
One lady on eBay offered to send back just the cardboard for a full refund, how considerate of her.
Hopefully, just it is just a few interesting buyers. As 99.9% are wonderful people.
