Potential High Pricing error!

I am beginning to tear my hair out with Customer services as they are just basically, Cut and Paste guys.

I sell mainly Lego and am getting hit with these about one a week now.

The latest Item I had listed at £61. Hit with High pricing error. Amazon EU are on the same listing for £64.12.
Avg Amazon price for the last 12 months £61.32. Avg FBA price for the last 12 month £61.39. Buy box Avg price for the last year £69.34.

Click on Fix price Alert and there is no “applicable Reference price.”

I open a case and get “We restricted your listing because the price is too high…etc cut and paste.”

I try to explain and get the same cut and paste.

Another problem I have with this is Amazon don’t seem to understand that Lego goes up in price as it gets older. I tried to sell a retired set, currently valued at £100, but Amazon won’t let me sell it at what it is currently worth as four years ago Amazon sold it for £9.99, so I can’t sell it for more than £10. (numbers are made up for an example.)

It might be less frustrating if Seller Central actually read what you put and replied!
