Call back feature not working

HiHas anyone else had issues with the amazon callback  feature. Tried numerous times and double checked my number. Just states, &quot;ringing&quot; then &quot;called ended&quot;.Quite frustrating we they have left a vague response to Invoice verification and account health issues, which they encourage me to phone them about. 

HiHas anyone else had issues with the amazon callback feature. Tried numerous times and double checked my number. Just states, &quot;ringing&quot; then &quot;called ended&quot;.Quite frustrating we they have left a vague response to Invoice verification and account health issues, which they encourage me to phone them about.

I gather they had a major &#39;upgrade&#39; to their phone system about a month ago, every part of the phone system has been patchy at best ever since.
