Buyers unable to contact the Seller

Hi Sellers,

I'm getting bad reviews because apparently buyers have no option to 'Contact Seller' so they have no option but to return the item when most of the time thats not what they wanted to do.

Is there away to activate permissions so that buyers can contact me (the seller) directly?

Make sure you have a contact number in your profile. Other than that, there is nothing more you can do and have to rely on Amazon's systems for seller messaging.
