Amazon have charged me the incorrect closing fee but have not reimbursed me
I have discovered that Amazon have been charging me the incorrect closing fee for books that I have sold since January 21. I have provided proof from the Amazon site (2 separate places) of the closing fee that they should be charging - 50p and I have provided a full spreadsheet of all items I have sold where they have deducted £1 closing fee incorrectly. Although the total is only approx £400, this is a lot of money for me as I am a small private seller. I just keep getting a 'we are investigating' response and they have closed the case, I cannot deal with the team who are dealing with it. This effectively amounts to theft of my money that I am due. It is very frustrating that Amazon take so long and too long to reimburse sellers yet expect us to do things immediately.

we have a similar problem,
we had some products incorrectly charged as Amazon had allowed them to be moved into random video game categories.
we found 130 odd - we then found a further 300
a member of the leadership team dealt with it originally and told us the original 130 jad been passed to finance to be reimbursed - and the case was "transferred" and locked in the process.
any further enquiries were either replied to as "no we wont reimburse you" or transferred locked again.
