Dispatch Orders widget not updating
Is anyone else see this please? I purchased shipping through Amazon as normal, the payment widget has updated but sc still shows the order is to be dispatched. On looking at the order it clearly shows the delivery label was purchased and item marked as dispatched, but is showing another identical item is waiting to be dispatched - when the buyer only purchased 1 of the item. When I click on buy shipping (not that I would ship another one) it shows quantity to dispatch is 0 which is correct. Only hope it is being slow to update - worried that this could impact late shipping rate.

@Jessica I can’t see a way of contacting Seller Support any more (going round in circles for an hour now with all the help pages) is there any way you can look into this please. I don’t want to click confirm dispatch again - a payment for the order is already showing in the payments area. Thanks, Alison

Thanks for your post. I’m sorry that you have been unable to contact Seller Support.
If this is for the order ending in 313 I have checked it via our internal order system and see the order as having being confirmed as shipped earlier this afternoon. The shipment rate metric would be calculated on this information so there is no need to worry about that.
There must be a delay with the details going through to your seller account. I haven’t been able to locate any technical issue so I have submitted a ticket to have it reviewed.
I’ll let you know when I receive any updates.

I have checked your account and your issue is different to Alison’s.
If you view unshipped orders over the last 90 days you should see the order. You should be able to access the search via this link also https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/orders-v3/ref=xx_myo_dnav_xx?date-range=last-90&page=1
If you have any questions regarding this I would recommend that you create a case via your seller account.
@Penelope_Pit-Stop I have made a note on your open case directing the associate to my ticket with the technical team so they will be aware of what is happening.

Good news! The tech team found the issue and the order has now been changed from unshipped to shipped in your account and the widget.
As the order was confirmed as shipped on the 12th in our internal tools there should be no impact on your late shipment rate but do send me a message if it does and I will have that checked.
