We enrolled into Amazon Vine last week and paid £60 for the privilege, however after review, we have identified several concerns regarding the authenticity and accuracy of these reviews, which we believe may negatively impact our product's reputation and mislead potential customers.
Background:
All 10 Vine products were claimed on August 8th, 2024.
Five reviews were posted by August 11th, 2024, just three days later, with the first being posted on August 9th, 2024
Amazon state here-https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/GX3CEV63Y4ZZAP37 that they "expect Vine Voices to use each product before writing a review of that product. This ensures that Vine Voice reviews are informed and helpful to other customers."- I am not sure this is the case here.
Our Concerns:
1. Insufficient Time for an Honest Review: Given that the product was claimed on August 8th, the three-day window is insufficient for a customer to properly evaluate the product and provide an informed review. Our product is not one that offers instant results, and a thorough evaluation would naturally take more time.
2. Misleading and Inaccurate Reviews:
Some of the reviews claim they have not seen any benefits after only a few days. However, our product is not designed to deliver immediate results, and this misinformation may create unrealistic expectations for future customers.
One review inaccurately describes our product as a "cleanser." This is misleading as our product is a leave-on gel, and such a description may confuse potential buyers, leading to improper use of the product.
Another review mentions that the reviewer does not have the condition that our product is designed to address. This raises concerns about whether the product was claimed by individuals who would not naturally purchase it and thus are unable to provide an accurate assessment of its effectiveness.
Due to the reasons mentioned above, we are requesting the removal of all Vine reviews associated with our product and that any future Vine reviews be blocked. We believe these reviews do not accurately reflect the true nature of our product and could harm the customer experience by providing misleading information.
We would appreciate a reply on here and any help, as the report review button and community-help@amazon.com are simply not responding.
