Royal mail manifest...surcharges ..Absolute joke

Royal mail are surcharging me for undeclared items posted but I buy everything automatically on line
Amazon orders via Amazon Ebay etc via intersoft
£275 surcharge !! not fun

Anyone else had this problem ?
I cannot find any reports in Amazon where my post has been bought …Any idea’s where I can get manifest of shipping bought via Amazon please ?

Is your RM account linked with amazon and you are buying CRL RM24 or 48 ?

If so, they should be on the end of day reports - have you been printing them each day and handing over with your post ?

I recently queried huge surcharges with my RM account manager and it turned out to be the fuel surcharge which we account for. Phew…
Not being labelled as fuel surcharge is the confusing thing.
Could this be your surcharge? Otherwise £275 is a lot in extra charges!!
