How do we check the received inventory via FBA?
Hi everyone
I just realized that amazon doesn’t have the option to check received inventory via inventory section any more, that’s a pity.
How do we check received inventory without it? because sometimes I do need it to find my invoice (date &QTY).
Thanks

Amazon has recently made some changes to the inventory section of Seller Central, which has affected the way sellers can check received inventory. However, there are still a few ways you can check received inventory:
- Log in to your Seller Central account.
- Go to the Reports tab and select the Inventory Event Detail report.
- Generate the report for the date range you are interested in.
- Download the report in CSV format and open it in a spreadsheet program like Excel.
- Sort the report by the “Event Date” column to find the inventory events you are interested in.
- Check the “Event Type” column to find the received inventory events.
- Note down the date and quantity of the received inventory events.
- Alternatively, go to the Manage FBA Inventory page to see the quantity of inventory that is available for sale.
- Check the Inventory Adjustments page to see if there were any adjustments made to your inventory, including received inventory.
- To find the invoice for a particular shipment, go to the Manage FBA Shipments page.
- Click on the shipment you are interested in to see the shipment details, including the date it was received by Amazon and the quantity received.
- You can also download the shipment invoice from this page.
By following these steps, you can check received inventory and find shipment invoices in Seller Central.

Hey @Sean-M,
I found some information on our help pages that you may find useful, let me paste it here, Received Inventory report however as you have already alluded to this method will be discontinued. That said as per Inventory Ledger report,
The Inventory Ledger report is like a bank statement for your inventory. It provides end-to-end inventory reconciliation capability by showing your starting inventory balance, received inventory, customer orders, customer returns, adjustments, removals and ending balance.
Will add this help page, Inventory Ledger report: How to find the information you need.
Hope this helps!
