Refund a return

i sent an item to a gentleman earlier this month and agreed a refund when it arrived back. I received it back today and now want to refund him for the item. Can someone advise how I go about this??

Go to your ORDERS.
Find the relevant order and open it by clicking the long numeric order number.
Once it has loaded you will see “refund order”.

Follow that and you’re set.

On your seller account page, go Orders—Manage orders and find the order details.There will be a button “refund order”
