Anyone having trouble with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48?

Hi Guys,

I use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 for my large letters and parcels. It’s always been ok. On Tueday 29th AM I sent parcels as usual at my Royal Mail Custome Service Point. In the afternoon I sent another 15 from the same point. All of the items sent in the morning have been delivered, whereas all the ones sent in the afternoon haven’t and the tracking hasn’t updated at all from being dropped off. There was then strikes for two days. I sent more items on the Friday, and they were ok, then on the Saturday I dropped off another 30 and tracking hasn’t updated for them since I dropped them off either. All the items I took in on the Sunday and Monday have updated.

Not sure what’s going on. It’s a week on, and the tracking hasn’t updated. Anyone else had the same? Or any advie anyone can give please?
