VTR dropping despite valid DPD tracking – delivered orders not recognised (tracking prefix issue?)

Hello All

We are seeing a major issue with our VTR am wanted to check if others are experimenting the same.

We are using DPD as our carrier, and have corrected the process, full tracking is entered prefix 1597 etc all parcels are scanned a delivered with proof.

However, orders are still being marked as invalid or not counted an our VTR has dropped below 70%, This is still happening despite fixing this.

This was raised with an amazing case and is still in progress a the issue ongoing.

Is anyone else seeing a similar issue with VTR with DPD or other carriers?

Thanks Wards

Amazon have stopped accepting valid tracking from DPD UK, they will currently only accept DPD Germany, which is a HUGE problem for everyone selling on amazon in the UK using DPD. They will not acknowledge the issue.

Hi,

We have had the same issue for over a week and escalated this with Amazon Seller Support and haven't had a solution. Did you manage to fix yours?

Hello @Seller_oWihoOcyXhd5p,

Thank you for reaching out Forums Community. I understand your concern regarding the orders being marked invalid though the tracking is correct.

Common Causes:

• Carrier Integration: Amazon may not be receiving scan events from DPD properly, even though DPD shows delivered

• Timing: Tracking entered after delivery is marked invalid—ensure you enter tracking at ship time

• Carrier Selection: Verify you're selecting the exact carrier name from the dropdown

Since you mentioned reaching out to Seller Support, can you please share the case ID here, so we can review and assist further.

@Seller_n8zYsupORu7RG, @Seller_bhWL5BpeMbOrS For assistance with your case, please create a new thread and include your Case ID so we can review and assist you further.

Thanks,

Abbie
