Mistakenly created UK account

Amazon UK suspended my account and asked for utility bill documents for reactivation.
I have actually mistakenly created this account. I have no plan to sell in amazon UK, I was selling in Amazon Australia.

I am not from UK, I am form Bangladesh. I have submitted the utility bill of my country (internet bill) of February which clearly mentioned my name and address. and still Amazon UK rejected me without any clear reason. Actually I would like to close is unnecessary UK account and for that I need to reactivate it. Please someone help me reactivate this UK account and close it forever.

There are certain policies that Amazon expects its sellers to follow while operating the platform, and Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement is one among them.

I understand the account was created by mistake which is de-activated or under going verification process. To close the account you need to reactivate/ complete verification process.

It looks like you have verification issues on your selling account. Kindly note the documents requested by the performance team are in compliance with the requirements mentioned below:

  • Please confirm you have a valid credit card.
  • A business license if applicable
  • A utility bill dated within the last 90 days for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service.

Make sure the above files are in .pdf, .png, or .gif format.

These documents must be authentic and unaltered, and the name and address on the document must match the name and address you provided during registration.

There must be some information that was missing or not similar to seller central details or the document was not valid. When a bill is rejected it cannot be resubmitted, because it has already been rejected previously. In these cases, there are different bills that you can submit, such as:

Piped gas

Natural gas

Electricity

Mobile phone

Fixed-line phone

Internet service
