Default ship-from address for the VAT Calculation Service

Hi Fellow Sellers,
Do you know what should be the default ship-from address for enrolling in the VAT Calculation Service?

In the info window, it says ‘Provide the location where you dispatch your orders from. Any FBA order will automatically use the address of that fulfilment centre.’

My products were originally shipped from Poland to one of the Amazon Warehouses in the UK and now are being sold by Amazon from that Warehouse. Therefore, does it mean I should provide the address of the Amazon Warehouse where my products are currently being held or my company address in Poland?
