Amazon listing keeps going in draft but no errors show
Hi, I am writing here to get some help. I am a new seller and I have been trying to add my product into Amazon listing. The problem I am facing currently that every product listing I create, after adding ALL the information, in detail, uploading the images too, when I save and finish, it ends up in draft with error: Listing requires additional information. Click “Edit draft” to continue. But the problem is when I open the draft, there is no ‘!’ or red indicator to tell me which field or what is missing.
After searching I found the way to generate template which would produce excel file and I can have a look into it, but everytime I try, it gave me the error: An error occurred while processing your update. Please try again later.
It’s been going on for over 30 hours now, I have tried clear caching, cookies, tried different browsers, different computers, nothing helps and Amazon Seller support isn’t being any helpful at all with this as well. Can someone tell me what to do?

Hi,
Go into drafts click edit and check you have turned on advanced view to see the other details and tabs. Worth also checking brand and manufacturer fields.
All mandatory fields have to be filled in before the finish and save button becomes available.

I am having the same problem and I have been listing on here for years. I am on at least the 10th time of trying to list a product over the last 3 days. The parent is turning up as a variation, and like you say the Drafts view is no help at all. Very depressing and time wasting.
