Help Needed with Identity Verification Issue

I’m encountering a problem with my Amazon selling account and would appreciate any advice or assistance.
Account Status:
Phone number: Verified
Business information: Verified
Tax ID: Verified
Payment details: Verified
Identity Verification: Pending
Background:
I’ve been selling on Amazon for a few months, and my identity information was fully verified previously. I am now going through a re-verification process due to the INFORM Consumers Act, which requires Amazon to collect and verify information about the seller’s account.
Issue:
As part of the INFORM Consumers Act, I need to complete the pending identity verifications. The information must be either in the business name of the seller or from an individual legally authorized to act on the seller’s behalf.
Currently, the system is requesting company details for the verification. However, I do not have a company in my country of residence. The system is not allowing me to provide individual information, which was possible during my initial account setup.
Request:
Can anyone advise on how to resolve this issue? It seems there might be a glitch or misconfiguration. I’ve opened multiple cases but have only received generic responses so far.

We have seen some issues or glitches with some seller accounts. I would like to review the case and get this escalated.
