Branded Product listed as Generic
Hi, i have came across a product that is listed as generic yet it seems to clearly be identifiable with the brand "Torriden", I had bought units of this product which are currently being shipped and i am now having to go through the process of returning them as i cannot add it to my inventory. When i try add it to my inventory i am restricted and quoted the 'Amazons Generic Product Policy", however there are other sellers on the listing which i also don't understand. Can i please receive a reply from an amazon moderator about how to fix this issue. The ASIN for this listing is B0B9X377C9, I would just like to know if this listing can be changed from Generic so i can sell the units i have bought instead of returning them. Have you tried to contact Seller Support in regards to this issue? If so, would you mind sharing the Case ID?
Alternatively, You can report this action as an abuse of Amazon policies choosing the option The Product Detail Page violates Amazon's policies or is misleading customers > Content on detail page is incorrect or not allowed as per Amazon’s policy here.
