PAN EU ASINs disconnected - SE, PL, NL now required, or not?

We have recently had 8 ASINs that have been labelled as ‘inelegible’ for PAN EU FBA and our orders are being fulfilled via EFN with much higher FBA fees.

These products have been selling for 2 years without any PAN EU issues, and whilst there is a chance the problem is due to exporting reasons (Food etc.), the products are not of this nature and I don’t think it’s the root cause.

Our 8 ASINs all have active offers in Sweden, Poland and Netherlands, however, on the PAN EU Inventory page, they are all showing as “Missing Offers” and are greyed out. I have tried using the ‘Build International Listings’ tool and removed these SKUs from the ‘Excluded’ list.

Everything related to the Product Identifiers (SKU/ASIN/EAN) is aligned correctly, so that is not the issue here.

There is a lot of misleading information i.e. PAN EU Inventory screen says “No offer required” but on the same screen, says, “4 missing offers” (UK, PL, SE, NL).

Likewise, our products are technically showing as ‘Ineligible’, but Seller Support in Germany has informed us that our items are missing listings in several countries. so the prerequisites are not met, even though these marketplaces are also showing “not required” :exploding_head::

Pan-European FBA will not be enabled for a product until you have created an active FBA listing in all European stores required for Pan-European FBA inventory and registered the Pan-European FBA ASIN to have. Your items are missing listings in several countries. so the prerequisites are not met.

You can also see this on the following page:
https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/paneu/inventory/ref=xx_paneulpg_dnav_xx

Pan-European Fulfillment by Amazon helps you sell your products in Amazon stores in the EU, as this allows your inventory to be placed closer to customers.

We’ve added three more “Amazon Store” options to pan-European FBA: Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden

Is it true that we must have (active/non-greyed out) “Offers” for SE, PL, NL in the ‘Pan-European FBA Inventory’ page, in order for the products to be enrolled for PAN EU?

If anyone is able to shed some light on the issues we are facing, it would be greatly appreciated. Or even if someone else is experiencing the same issue, please let us know.

Hello,

Have you resolved the problem with the ASINs linked as Food and Beverage?

We are in the same situation.
We contacted ss 20 time now and no resolution.

In the past we had the same issue but we deleted and relisted the items and after some time the product was enrolled back in PAN EU. Now we are facing the same issue with different ASINSs.
It’s a nightmare

Hi both, unofrtunately no this has not been resolved and instead we are now inbounding directly to each individual country warehouse (DE, FR, IT, ES) in order to avoid cross-border fees and only pay the local fees. This is expensive to do though!

In our case amazon have identified the products as Medical Devices, even though they are not.

We’ve provided as much evidence as possible to counter this the upshot of it is is that they believe they are and are therefore not eligible for cross-border fulfilment.

We’ve tried every angle we can think of to try and overcome this but to no avail.
