Combining Orders
Hello, Happy Sunday everyone.
I have just had an order from a customer who also ordered a different item yesterday. The orders are going to the same name and address. I have looked at the order ‘overview’ list and there is nothing that jumps out and says combine orders, duplicate shipping etc, to indicate that these orders can be combined into one package. Is there anyway of checking this for future orders or is it just lucky coincidence that I have recognised the name and can therefore pack both items together?
Also, is there anything that says I shouldn’t pack orders together?
Many thanks

Amazon policy is not to combine orders (even though they do it)

If you use a tracked service then definitely don’t combine them. Tracking will only be recognised once so the other order will be untracked and a VTR miss (as well being open to an Item Not Received claim).
If you ship untracked then combine away.
