Section 3, funds held. Inventory set to dispose

Hi, my seller account has been deactivated since December 5th 2024 due to an authenticity issue. I sold an item from the brand called ‘COSRX’ when I first started selling on Amazon in February 2024. I purchased this product from a supplier called yesstyle.

Since then I have submitted invoices, bank statements and many more documents that prove ownership of this product, and I am unable to reactivate the account. ( I must of submitted 15 appeals) Amazon will not accept it.

I am deeply concerned whether I will get my funds back. I have 6 grand in my funds and I am confused on how to get it back. I have read many seller forums where people are unable to get this money back. My inventory is set to dispose in about 10 days and It looks like I am going to lose 2 thousand pounds worth of stock aswell. I am deeply concerned and I need as much help as I can get.
