Attempting to send asin B00CV859XC; The FBA dashboard says it has a recomended inventory of 72 but using 3rd party tools theres an estimated 60 that sell a day across all seller.

Same issue, 0 units, 40 shipped, can't make a shipment for more. By our estimates resellers are doing 200 units a month on this product.

We're also facing this error. It recommends 6000+ units but does not let us plan a shipment of even 1 unit.

Same! It's backward looking, and going to destroy our Father's Day sales (which we know from 10 years of selling will be 10x backward-looking forecasts)

We ran into the same problem, it's a new Amazon policy and it's stupid. For one, the Amazon system has a slow feedback time, and two, it's a disaster for seasonal items or products you want to promote, and too low inventory is not conducive to sales

Same for us! We have zero units in the warehouse and are told we have high days of supply! What is going on here??!
Seller_BTmfexiRREs0t
Seems like everyone is having this issue!
It won't even let us Send in Products that sell +1000 units a Month even though they are on the verge of going out of stock!
If this is one of those Problems that take a month to Fix then a lot of Sellers are really Going to Bleed due to this!

We may temporarily restrict shipment creation for certain products to maintain an efficient, safe, and compliant fulfillment network that serves all sellers. These restrictions may apply to hazardous materials exceeding quantity limits, products undergoing dangerous goods classification, or items with excess inventory levels. We understand the importance of maintaining proper inventory levels for your business while ensuring safety and compliance.
We actively monitor inventory levels on a daily basis and adjust the restrictions accordingly. For example, excessive inventory restrictions are lifted once your products return to healthy inventory levels.
You can check your FBA Inventory page where inventory health status and total days of supply based on projected demand is displayed for each product. If you think your product shouldn’t be restricted for Seasonal Sales or Prime Day events, contact Seller Support.
For more information, the FBA team created a Help Page here with additional information, and it will continue to be updated.

@Bryce_Amazon That may be the case, but I think the implementation is glitched and needs to be looked at. Why would Amazon restrict me from sending in inventory for items that only sell for Mother's Day? Why is there no forward looking inventory estimates - anything based on past performance will continue to screw those of us with seasonal items. Also, how is Amazon supposed to know if we are planning a large promo, etc and need to send in inventory to support?

Another canned message. No one mentioned HazMat nor inventory health status. We are talking about the NEW restriction of 120 days only when AGL shipments take 60+ days to get there. By the time it gets there, there's only 60 days left in stock AT THE BEST CASE SCENARIO if sales are stable. If sales increase just a bit, this number goes down dramatically and having stock outs = death of sales rank for any ASIN. So absolutely no help here. Just another copy/paste message, not even reading anyone's messages.

DOS on some of these items is below 28. I'm about to be charged low inventory fees and told I can't send anymore. Sick.

Hi B, thanks for your post. Is there a slowdown going on at the warehouses? Items sent from NY to NC on March 24th and are still in "receiving" with 0 available for sale. Usually, its available for sale within 10 days. (also I did not type out your whole name and just used "B" because the site said that is personal information).

I have Same issue. Looks like bug in the system

We have this too and when we went the troubleshooting route it said the item could not be classified for Dangerous Goods. I would try submitting your SDS sheets or the SDS exemption form and see if that clears things out. We are still waiting to see if it worked for us.

Amazon is clamping down on how much inventory many sellers can send in. It's also changing from month to month! My 3PL in Dallas is helping people store and ship their products into Amazon to make sure inventory is always in stock.
