Your experience with Yodel?
Good morning,
I just wondered if anyone would share their experiences with Yodel as a delivery service and also how it has affected your VTR?
Our items are small parcel size but very light so switching would save a good amount if its a decent service.

I use Yodel for all my items that are under 1kg, and occasionally others, though not LL size items as RM cheaper !.
I haven’t had a single problem in well over a year, no reports of INR or any damage in transit.
For VTR , when confirming shipment, you must choose Yodel from the first dropdown, select other in the next box, and I type in 3-5 day, then it is the long number under the barcode on the label that is the tracking number that is recognised by Amazon, NOT the YOD**** tracking number, as it is the barcode that is scanned for tracking.
I have had 100% VTR for months now.
