No access to Advertising Campaign Manager or Advertising Invoice History

Ok I di a work-around to this issue. I would suggest you do this as well.
Shorten the URL it gives when you click on your Campaign Manager link under the Advertising heading. Or just go here… https://advertising.amazon.co.uk/ and login in with your seller central account.
Now I logged in to the advertising area this way, the link now works ok for me from within the seller central page under the Advertising heading.

I have checked your account and cannot find anything unusual with it. There is only the one user for the account so no need to worry there. I have also searched for any similar issues in the last few days and I can’t find anything.
I would recommend that you log out, clear your cache and cookies and log back in. If after this you still cannot access the advertising sections I would advise you to create a case with screenshots of the issue. In your screenshots please include the URL of the pages; this is a common request from technical teams especially when we cannot reproduce the issue on our side.
