New FBA centre BRS1 anyone?
Had this apparently new centre come up for the first time last week.
Sent a shipment out on Thursday and UPS tracking shows it delivered and signed for on Friday. Since then nothing. Anyone else have any experience with this centre?

Having a shipment signed for on the Friday and still awaiting shipment to be checked in on a Tuesday is normal, nothing to worry about.

We had 2 boxes also signed as delivered on Friday to BRS1 and they were processed/received on Tuesday. A 3rd box they received on Tuesday is still showing as shipped. It seems to be taking a few extra days. It’s our first year with FBA and wondered if extra inventory being sent for Prime Day is affecting this?

Hello, yes, I have the same issue. 5 boxes (2 seperate shipments) both sent to BRS1 last Thursday. Signed for at 10am on Monday according to UPS. Yet 4 days after they’ve been signed for- amazon account still shows status as “Shipped” and my inventory isnt live… frustrating, especially since it was my first real high value order (not the most stuff, but certainly the most expensive!)
There is nothing that can be done in the way of getting amazon to investigate until the reconcile date has been reached. I am assuming its teething problems with the new centre and all will be well in a few days/ week. I would have apreciated a heads up about possible delays when sending to a new centre (seasoned sellers seem to think it’s perfectly normal, so don’t worry about this too much)

I sent a shipment there on 15th august and it’s still not been marked as checked in! I used ups and the tracking says it was signed for by a guard on 16th! I’ve emailed amazon and got fobbed of with ‘it can take 14 days’! Never waited more than 5 days in 6 years! Usually takes less than 2 days am so annoyed as some of the items are out of stock so I’m losing sales!

I have been waiting for 2weeks now. The boxes were delivered to the warehouse on 16.07 but the status still says SHIPPED. It is my first product, I had some delays during production now the warehouse taking time to check in the inventory… I contacted Support 5times but I get general messages back, they tell me to wait more. I guess there is nothing more that can be done… Failstart for me.

Since I opened this thread almost a month ago, I’ve not had BRS1 again, until this week. It popped up for me on Tuesday and I’ve just received e-mails to say the box has been checked-in and gone to receiving.

We are shipping to BRS1 from the USA and FedEx does not recognize the address for BRS1. Has anyone had any issues with shipping to this fulfillment center using FedEx?
