I am not able to send emails to amazon on the contact page

Hi is there something wrong on my account or does amaozn have an issue . I can not email them on the contact page, SEND button not going through. Chat button to send not working.

Try a different browser. I am often having issues submitting cases as well and eventually manage to do it after switching them.
