New layout on SC - again

Not a fan, I thought it was broken at first, all my Informative boxes with colours and images have been replaced by a list with black and white text, makes it actually hard to see at a glance how many orders I have and if I have any messages.
Wish they’d stop tweaking, or at least ask sellers what information they want access to.
I like ebay, they let me set it up with the information I want in the order I want and don’t force useless crap on me

I had a bunch of the coloured boxes and after “hiding them for a week”, now I have one box on the left under Recommendations, a huge empty white space and two boxes on the right side under Communications.
This is the opposite of a useful dashboard to manage a business. I no longer even look at it, bookmarked the order page and just use the links at the top.

Somebody must have been fearful for their job so decided to rearrange the layout to make it look like they were working hard? I just wish they’d leave this stuff alone and spend time fixing stuff that they should be fixing.

And… possibly the most important and useful widget (number of items that have been sold and need to be dispatched) seems to not be showing on the dashboard.
I mean, for months and months the daily total has been incredibly slow to update…

The 'Task’s box is awful. Needlessly bigger than any other box on the screen and no option to move the layout around / choose the size of the box. Another pointless change made by Amazon.

They should just revert back to the dashboard from 3 years or so ago.
That was so very useful, we had everything at a glance. Clean, easy and so so useful. logging in the morning, I could see everything i needed at a glance, in one place. I could move the widgets around and dismiss what I didn’t need.
It’s completely unrecognisable now, totally useless.
I don’t think whoever designed this has ever run a business.
And it’s not even pretty.
Who gives the permission for this changes?
