Does anybody have an issue listing items from some big brand?

It's strange that when we try to apply to sell it, the page just displays that your account does not qualify. Normally, it should be the page that asks us to provide the authorization letter or invoice from the right owner. We do have authorization.

But in this case, even though we had the authorization from the right owner, Amazon didn't give us the chance to apply it.

Hello, I am an Amazon seller and I have just opened my business and seller account. I am an authorized seller for many brands, have the authorization letters, and I am the sole and authorized distributor for them on Amazon UK. My account is a professional account, but I am experiencing the issue "Your account does not qualify" while listing products. Please help me resolve this issue.
