AMAZON SELLER ACCOUNT VERIFICATION TEAM HELP

Hello so it’s been literally an whole month since my accounts been deactivated (I opened the account didn’t even list an item yet an was deactivated) 1 month ago I submitted my id and face verification it says I should receive an response in 2 days been an whole month contacted customer support several times no help at all I’ve attached the screenshot off what I get when I try to resubmit my id could someone please please help me I really want to start selling on Amazon

you just have to wait- Amazon are checking thousands of new sellers out all the time. Keep an eye on Performance Notifications as this is where they will contact you if they need any more info from you.

All new accounts are deactivated whilst they check and verify all the info you have provided, both personal ID and business info. It can take quite a while due to the number of new sellers registering every day. As above reply, you just need to be patient. Unfortunately Amazon's time scales are never what they say !
