Easy Ship Error Issue

Is there anyone experiencing the same as mine? I woke up today and started preparing for the orders placed overnight, but I keep on experiencing an error that says: "Sorry, we do not have a pickup slot for this shipment. Please verify if your package weight and dimensions are within Easy Ship supported limits here . If the problem persists, please Contact Seller Support." every time I press the get slot. I already used an ipad, another laptop, MS Edge and Mozilla browsers but all results are the same. The bad thing is, I have an order that is 9hrs ago and it is now giving me a reminder to ship it today before the cut off otherwise it will cause late shipment.

All seller affected by same issue who are doing Easy Ship.

Some issue that has to be fixed on server level and it should apply to all sellers at the same time.

We will have to wait till then. No customer is able to place order from sellers other than FBA at the moment.

Have to wait it out I guess, till Amazon seller team resolves the issue.
