My First listing - Not Accepting Applications to Sell

Hello Sellers & Amazon,

I am creating the first item that our brand will sell on Amazon, I am brand owner and have brand registry.

The category: Health & Household›Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements›Sleep Supplements

I just tried to create ASIN B0FCSNWS3B. Five minutes after creation, the listing has been deactivated & I'm met with a "Requires Approval" message...

However, when I go to apply, I'm met with another message stating:

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Human Ingestible in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

I’ve just now learned with great disappointment that this has apparently been the case for several months. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this restriction and have already invested over $50,000 in inventory for this product. As you can imagine, this puts me in an extremely difficult position.

Amazon Seller Support has been unhelpful thus far simply stating that they are not accepting applications to sell.

@Manny_Amazon I've seen you help other sellers with this issue in the past, are you able to assist me with this request?
