Account Health Showing as 216, yet metrics are perfect
Anyone now why the new Account Health bar that Amazon recently released is only showing 216 for me (out of a possible 1,000)?
My metrics are perfect (see screen capture).

Basically anything above 200 means you’re fine
The 200-1000 range is only a measure of how much you’re selling.
If everything else is fine (as you have it) keep doing what you’re doing.

I’ve wondered this myself but not worrying since our Account Health has gone from Puke-Yellow to Green. Several months ago a large-volume seller stated had 810-and he’d been suspended!!
Ours is 212-and far from perfect Still have 5 duplicate page violations (decided to wait out the 180 days, since already over 90 days-near120!)
Everything else is at 0 or 100% except 98.23% (Valid tracking rate) and 99.1%(OTD), both low for us but over target, so nobody has slapped our hand or sent us a thuggish e-mail, “suggesting” we use only AMAZON shipping!!!

Hey there @MotoSculpt,
Miguel from Amazon here. I see you had questions on how the new account health rating program works in terms of the point system.
@TallyTony put it in a quick and short response that I confirm. I can elaborate a little more if you would like. As you can see by going to the account health rating program policy by clicking the “learn more” button next to the section title:
“All new sellers start with a score of 200, and over time, sellers will see a score that accurately reflects their account health based on policy adherence and selling activities over the last 180 days. If your AHR is green (“Healthy,” based on a score of 200-1,000), that means your account is not at risk of deactivation based on the policies comprising the score. If your AHR is yellow (“At Risk,” based on a score of 100-199), your account is at risk of deactivation. When your AHR is red (“Unhealthy,” based on a score of 99 or lower), your account is either eligible for deactivation or already deactivated.”
So just like he said, as long as you stay above 200 everything is great. If you have any further questions I recommend checking out the account health rating: frequently asked questions page.
Hope this helps clarify and thank you @TallyTony for the brief and effective clarification.
All the best,
Miguel
