Your Account does not qualify

Hello,

Does anybody have an issue listing items from some big brand?

It's strange that when we try to apply to sell it, the page just displays that your account does not qualify. Normally, it should be the page that asks us to provide the authorization letter or invoice from the right owner. We do have authorization.

But in this case, even though we had the authorization from the right owner, Amazon didn't give us the chance to apply it.
