In relation with our discuusion about editor approval for used books, looks very difficult for Amazon support to understand the situation and they refuse all our requests.

We just opened news case about this subject, mayble if you can do smething :)

thanks for sharing your situation. Brand approval requests to sell branded items of the Amazon catalog are part of Amazon's policies. In your cases I don't see you have provided necessary documents.
