Sale Price not showing

Hi.

I have added current price and sales price but the listing is showing sales price as normal price without the crossed out original price shown as discounted. Can anyone please explain why this is happening and how to fix that issue?

As per snip below I have listed price as £31 and lowest price as £19.99, however on the actual listing my price is showing as 19.99 and £31 is no not visible as crossed off.

Hi,
For your original price to show and be struck through, sometimes 30 days is needed and a provable reference price or RRP that Amazon can check against.
